Bitig; şifrelerini, notlarını, görevlerini ve projelerini tek yerde tutan bir uygulamadır (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, telefon için web uygulaması ve tarayıcı eklentisi). Kişisel kasan uçtan uca şifrelidir: geliştiricisi içini göremez. Bitig reklam, analiz ya da izleme kodu kullanmaz ve verilerini satmaz.
Verilerin nerede durur
- Tüm kayıtların, yalnızca senin bildiğin ana şifreyle cihazında şifrelenir (AES-256-GCM, scrypt). Şifrelenmemiş hâli hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
- Eşitlemeyi açarsan bu şifreli dosya, senin seçtiğin kendi bulut hesabına (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) ya da kendi klasörüne yazılır. Bulut sağlayıcısı dosyanın içini göremez.
- Kişisel kasan için Bitig'in bir sunucusu yoktur.
Paylaşım (isteğe bağlı)
Bir projeyi başkalarıyla paylaşırsan ortak kayıtlar Bitig'in paylaşım sunucusunda (Cloudflare altyapısında) saklanır.
- Saklananlar: görünen adın; hesabının açık anahtarları (hesabın, cihazındaki bir güvenlik anahtarıdır); ortak alanların, kayıtların ve eklerin uçtan uca şifreli hâli; üyelik ve rol bilgisi; oturum anahtarlarının özeti ve zaman bilgileri.
- E-posta adresi, telefon numarası ya da şifre istenmez.
- Sunucu ortak kayıtların içini göremez: anahtarlar yalnızca alan üyelerinin cihazlarındadır.
- Hesabını istediğin zaman Ayarlar → Paylaşım → Hesabı sil ile silebilirsin. Hesabın, oturumların ve üyeliklerin sunucudan silinir; tek üyesi olduğun alanlar kayıtları ve ekleriyle silinir; başka üyesi olan alanlar onlara geçer.
Telefon uygulamaları
- Kamera: yalnızca 2FA için QR kod okutmak ve fotoğraf eklemek için kullanılır; görüntü cihazında işlenir, hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
- Face ID / parmak izi: telefonun kendi sistemiyle yapılır; Bitig yüz ya da parmak izi verisine erişmez. Kasayı açan anahtar telefonun güvenli bölümünde, onaya bağlı olarak saklanır.
- Bildirimler: görev hatırlatmaları telefonunda kurulur; bir sunucu üzerinden gönderilmez.
- iCloud Drive (iPhone): seçtiğin klasöre yalnızca şifreli eşitleme dosyaları yazılır.
Google Drive
- Google Drive'ı bağlarsan Bitig yalnızca drive.file iznini ister: sadece Bitig'in kendi oluşturduğu dosyalara (Drive'ındaki “Bitig” klasörü) erişebilir. Diğer dosyalarını göremez, okuyamaz, değiştiremez.
- Bitig bu izinle yalnızca kendi şifreli eşitleme dosyalarını oluşturur, okur, günceller ve siler; böylece cihazların aynı verileri görür.
- Hangi hesaba bağlı olduğunu göstermek için Google hesabının e-posta adresi ve adı okunur; yalnızca senin cihazında gösterilir.
- Google'dan alınan oturum anahtarları yalnızca senin cihazında saklanır. Hiçbir sunucuya, geliştiriciye ya da üçüncü kişiye gönderilmez; reklam, analiz ya da yapay zekâ eğitimi için kullanılmaz ve satılmaz.
- Bitig'in Google kullanıcı verilerini kullanması ve aktarması, sınırlı kullanım şartları dahil Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na uyar.
- Erişimi istediğin zaman kaldırabilirsin: Bitig'de Ayarlar → Bağlantıyı kes, ya da Google hesabı → Üçüncü taraf erişimi. Drive'daki “Bitig” klasörünü silebilirsin.
İnternet bağlantıları
- Seçtiğin bulut sağlayıcısı (eşitleme için).
- Paylaşım sunucusu (yalnızca paylaşımı kullanırsan).
- Güncelleme kontrolü: GitHub'daki yayın sayfası (bilgisayar sürümü).
- Sızıntı kontrolü (yalnızca sen başlatırsan): Have I Been Pwned'e şifrenin özetinin yalnızca ilk 5 karakteri gönderilir; şifrenin kendisi gönderilmez.
Bitig çerez, reklam ya da izleme kodu kullanmaz. Bitig 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir.

Bitig is an app that keeps your passwords, notes, tasks and projects in one place (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android, a web app for phones, and a browser extension). Your personal vault is end-to-end encrypted: its developer cannot see inside. Bitig uses no ads, analytics or tracking code and never sells your data.
Where your data lives
- All your entries are encrypted on your device with a master password only you know (AES-256-GCM, scrypt). The unencrypted data is never sent anywhere.
- If you turn on sync, this encrypted file is written to your own cloud account of your choice (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) or to your own folder. The cloud provider cannot see inside it.
- Bitig has no server for your personal vault.
Sharing (optional)
If you share a project with others, the shared entries are stored on Bitig's sharing server (on Cloudflare's infrastructure).
- What is stored: your display name; your account's public keys (your account is a security key on your device); the end-to-end encrypted form of shared spaces, entries and attachments; membership and role information; hashes of session tokens and timestamps.
- No email address, phone number or password is requested.
- The server cannot see inside shared entries: the keys exist only on the space members' devices.
- You can delete your account at any time with Settings → Sharing → Delete account. Your account, sessions and memberships are deleted from the server; spaces where you are the only member are deleted with their entries and attachments; spaces with other members pass to them.
Phone apps
- Camera: used only to scan QR codes for 2FA and to attach photos; images are processed on your device and never sent anywhere.
- Face ID / fingerprint: handled by your phone's own system; Bitig never accesses face or fingerprint data. The key that unlocks your vault is stored in the phone's secure area, bound to that approval.
- Notifications: task reminders are scheduled on your phone; they are not sent through a server.
- iCloud Drive (iPhone): only encrypted sync files are written to the folder you choose.
Google Drive
- If you connect Google Drive, Bitig requests only the drive.file scope: it can access only the files Bitig itself creates (the “Bitig” folder in your Drive). It cannot see, read or change any of your other files.
- With this permission Bitig only creates, reads, updates and deletes its own encrypted sync files, so that your devices see the same data.
- To show which account is connected, your Google account's email address and name are read; they are displayed only on your device.
- The sign-in tokens received from Google are stored only on your device. They are never sent to any server, the developer or third parties; they are not used for advertising, analytics or AI training, and they are never sold.
- Bitig's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- You can revoke access at any time: in Bitig, Settings → Disconnect, or at Google Account → Third-party access. You can delete the “Bitig” folder from your Drive.
Network connections
- The cloud provider you choose (for sync).
- The sharing server (only if you use sharing).
- Update check: the release page on GitHub (desktop version).
- Breach check (only when you start it): only the first 5 characters of your password's hash are sent to Have I Been Pwned; the password itself is never sent.
Bitig uses no cookies, ads or tracking code. Bitig is not directed at children under 13.
